(the "Company") (TSXV: MQL) announces that the board of directors of the Company has approved certain changes to the management team.  In this regard, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Bradford as Vice President, Land and the promotion of Trevor Rath to Senior Vice President, Engineering.  In addition, the Company also announces the departure of Hany Beshry, Executive Vice President, Exploration, from the Company.  The Company would like to thank Mr. Beshry for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
